Lean Six Sigma professionals and those who have the knowledge and skills to use thanks to how they have gotten trained and certified and thanks to this investment, all of them quite benefits such as having better job prospects. They are also more likely to be hired by their industry or organization since all companies value LSS today, thanks to how it allows for continuous improvement. Thanks to this, high school students who are trained in LSS are also valuable, which is why our team offers students the chance to become yellow and green belt certified at Lean Six Sigma Curriculum for Jacksonville High School Students of Florida with the courses we offer.

When schools ask, we make it a priority for them to either create a whole program or offer individual training. We understand that not all students want to wait for schools to ask for it. Therefore, we do not limit their ability to receive training by creating a program together with us that is unique and only for them.

LSS is often misunderstood as a tool only professionals or companies have access to improve their processes. But in our experience, we know that LSS can be a powerful tool for students as well as they should get the chance to develop several skills to help with their growth and opportunities.

Before we begin, let’s review the basics. The methodology was first applied in the manufacturing industry in the 1980s.

Lean Six Sigma’s beauty lies in the fact that anyone can use and get a job at any company, even without prior experience.

What benefits can students get from this approach? They will only see the benefits once they begin working or know how to adapt LSS into their own projects and take advantage of their developed skills.

LSS requires problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a group and take responsibility. It is easy to learn, and it will improve everyone’s skills. Thus, it will allow you to either work in a company or add value to your education.

This allows students to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to manage their daily lives and be more competitive in any career or goal they choose.

Only the LSS yellow and green belts are available for them whatsoever. These are the introductory and intermediate levels; students should only consider these belts since others will require more time and experience using the methodology.

LSS Is Waiting for You

Training is not just about the development of skills. We won’t sell you our services based on something you might have learned in another situation.

LSS concepts, principles, and practices are also included in our training. We must not forget the basics of how to use the methodology in all companies and for your own projects.

Students should understand the system so that they can work in LSS groups in the near future. As they progress as practitioners, students will be able to transfer their LSS knowledge to any industry or company as well.

Just like regular courses, the belt will determine the skills and topics covered:

  • Training under the yellow belt.

Students will learn terminology, methodology, data collection, and how it all works.

We will also work on other elements to help them think, make decisions, gain confidence, manage their jobs, and be more efficient.

  • Green belt training.

Lean Six Sigma goes beyond theory. This level covers the core topics of Lean Six Sigma methodology and training.

All the examples are based on real-life companies and cases so they can implement Sigma.
